Is it only for medical events?
No. The product started with doctor registration workflows, but the same engine powers corporate summits, association AGMs, exhibitions, training workshops, and more.
Can each organization run multiple events?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise plans support multiple events with separate registration links, limits, and reports.
Do attendees need an app to check in?
No. Attendees bring the QR from email (or a printout). Reception uses a browser-based scanner or search.
What happens if the same QR is scanned twice?
The reception workflow flags the attendee as already checked in instead of creating a duplicate attendance record.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial lasts 14 days and supports up to 30 participants total. No payment card is required to start.
Can I manage more than one organization?
A user can belong to multiple organizations when invited, while each organization keeps its own events and attendee data isolated.
Can receptionists change organization settings?
No. Receptionist accounts can use check-in and attendee search but cannot administer organization settings.
Does EventPilot take a ticket commission?
No. EventPilot charges 0% ticket commission when you bring your own supported payment gateway. Your gateway may charge its own processing fees.
Can we export attendance after the event?
Yes. Organization admins can export registration and attendance records from reports.
Is data isolated between organizations?
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant. Each organization only sees its own events, registrations, and staff.
